FAQS
What makes your press-on nails different from others?
Our press-on nails are thin, lightweight, and durable—just like a professional gel manicure. Every design is hand-painted by our in-house artist, so no two sets are exactly alike. You’re not just wearing nails—you’re wearing a piece of art! We also pay special attention to thickness to ensure your nails are comfortable and practical (because nobody likes struggling to pick up small items with overly thick nails).
Are your press-on nails reusable?
Absolutely! Our nails are designed for both durability and comfort, making them perfect for reuse. Each set comes with adhesive tabs that can last up to 2–3 weeks, depending on your nail growth and application technique.
Can I shower, wash dishes, or swim with them on?
Yes, you can! Your press-on nails need to naturally lift around the edges before they can be removed through soaking, so regular water exposure is perfectly fine. We just recommend avoiding water for the first hour after application to let the glue fully set.
What is your shipping and returns policy?
All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days from Sydney. Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery to rural areas, including TAS and WA.
We offer 30-day returns on all non-sale items, as long as they are unopened and in their original condition.
What happens after two weeks?
As your natural nails grow, your press-ons may start to lift slightly. At this point, you can simply remove them and reapply using new adhesive tabs or nail glue.
How do I remove my press-on nails?
Wait until your press-ons begin to lift naturally—usually around the two-week mark—before attempting removal.
The soaking method:
- Soak your hands in warm water mixed with soap and a few drops of oil.
- Gently massage the mixture around the edges of your nails to help loosen them.
- Once they start lifting, use a cuticle stick to carefully rock the edges back and forth until they pop off.
Avoid peeling them off directly, as this can damage your natural nails and make your press-ons less reusable.
